As part of the 2003-2004 SW MN Private Industry Council Celebration (Marshall office) this year, the SW Adult Basic Education - Marshall Region was awarded the Agency of the Year Award for their outstanding partnership and collaboration.  Each year the PIC recognizes a partner who has worked to hard to help PIC customers achieve their dreams and become self-sufficient.  As part of the evening we also recognized 4 success customers and 2 employers for their contributions to the youth program.
